Madison Keys continues her quest for back-to-back Grand Slam success at the French Open, where Hailey Baptiste is her next opponent.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Keys has backed Jannik Sinner for French Open success<\/a>, with the Italian having soared into the fourth round of the competition.<\/p>\n

American ace Keys<\/a> has also reached that stage in the WTA Tour<\/a> event, where her compatriot Baptiste awaits.<\/p>\n

The former is the seventh seed at the French Open<\/a>, having won the Australian Open earlier this year as the 19th seed.<\/p>\n

Keys lifted the trophy in Melbourne under the guidance of her coach Bjorn Fratangelo, who is also her husband.<\/p>\n

And their relationship came under the spotlight in the WTA star\u2019s latest press conference, where it was put to her by a journalist: \u201cFor me one of your most impressive shots this year has been your backhand down the line.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am just curious what your relationship with that shot is? It\u2019s obviously a really difficult one but I think you have been hitting it really well.\u201d<\/p>\n

She replied: \u201cBjorn is going to be devastated to hear you say that. He hates it when I take my backhand up the line.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe thinks I should take it across 99% of the time and I typically go for something ridiculous down the line and make it and then I look at him and give him a funny face. I really like it and I\u2019m glad that I have you as back-up for my next argument that I have with him!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

What WTA Tour titles has Madison Keys won?<\/p>\n

It is, of course, a very tricky shot to pull off, but Keys has certainly managed it with great success, particularly in recent times.<\/p>\n

And she looks set to continue trying it at the French Open, where she is back to winning ways after an early exit at the Italian Open.<\/p>\n

Keys fell to fellow American Peyton Stearns in her second match in Rome last month, but recovered with a quickfire 6-2, 6-1 win over Daria Saville in Paris.<\/p>\n

And fellow American Sofia Kenin was beaten 4-6, 6-3, 7-5 by 10-time WTA champion Keys in the third round of the clay court Grand Slam.<\/p>\n
