Here&#8217;s everything she listed in the post:<\/p>\n<p>   1. Intermittent fasting with detoxing<\/p>\n<p>The fitness influencer practised <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/lifestyle\/health\/fitness-coach-shares-5-major-side-effects-of-intermittent-fasting-digestive-discomfort-to-slow-metabolism-and-more-101747908147975.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"intermittent fasting\" rel=\"noopener\">intermittent fasting<\/a> and detoxified her body during this phase. This meant she didn&#8217;t eat all day; instead, she followed a time-restricted eating pattern. Detoxing helps reduce bloating, improve digestion, and speed up weight loss.<\/p>\n<p> 2. Weekly challenges<\/p>\n<p>To make the weight loss journey sustainable, instead of just saying \u201cI want to lose weight,\u201d she made small, weekly goals:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drink 3 litres of water daily.<\/li>\n<li>Eat zero processed sugar for a week.<\/li>\n<li>Do 30 minutes of exercise daily.<\/li>\n<li>Walk at least 10,000 steps every day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Why did this work?<\/p>\n<p>Neha revealed that setting small, clear goals kept her focused and motivated, and achieving them boosted her confidence to keep going.<\/p>\n<p> 3. Strength training + 10k steps daily<\/p>\n<p>Instead of just relying on cardio, the fitness coach also did strength training (lifting weights, bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups, and resistance band workouts).<\/p>\n<p> Why did this work?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lifting weights burns fat faster and tones the body.<\/li>\n<li>More muscles = higher metabolism, meaning you burn calories even at rest.<\/li>\n<li>Alongside this, she also walked at least 10,000 steps daily, which burned extra calories without feeling like an intense workout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.
