The PSNI has issued an appeal for information (Niall Carson\/PA)<\/p>\n

A 54-year-old man died as a result of a road traffic accident in Magherafelt yesterday, police have confirmed.<\/p>\n

Tony Wright, who was from the area, was involved in a one vehicle collision on the Grange Road.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred shortly before 12.10pm on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Inspector Cherith Adair from the Collision Investigation Unit confirmed the PSNI are investigating the cause of the crash.<\/p>\n

\u201cPolice received a report at around 12.10pm of a serious road traffic collision involving a silver Peugeot partner van on the Grange Road,\u201d said the Inspector.<\/p>\n
