Manchester United<\/a> legend Gary Neville<\/a> says Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho<\/a>, Antony<\/a> and Alejandro Garnacho all have to leave the club.<\/p>\n

An unprecedented summer of change is in the works at Old Trafford on the back of another miserable campaign, in which Ruben Amorim\u2019s men finished with the club\u2019s lowest-ever points total in the Premier League.<\/p>\n

INEOS showed they are ready to back Amorim in the transfer market by facilitating the impending arrival of Matheus Cunha<\/a>, who is set to join from Wolves for a fee of \u00a362.5m subject to visa approval and registration procedures.<\/p>\n

But the overhaul has just begun and United are intent on ripping up Amorim\u2019s misfiring squad, with several first-team stars facing uncertain futures and seemingly heading for the exit door.<\/p>\n

Rashford, Sancho and Anthony spent the second half of the season on loan at Aston Villa, Chelsea and Real Betis respectively \u2013 with varying degrees of success \u2013 and the attacking trio look likely to move on over the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

Discussing potential comings and goings on the latest episode of It\u2019s Called Soccer<\/a>, Neville argued that all three needed to make way, plus Garnacho \u2013 following the winger\u2019s public falling out with Amorim<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, Neville is adamant that United must do everything in their power to prevent academy product Kobbie Mainoo from leaving, with the midfielder being linked to Chelsea.<\/p>\n

\u2018On these five I\u2019m pretty certain. Marcus Rashford<\/a> has to leave for him and the club. I think that ship has sailed and he needs to find himself another club,\u2019 the former United and England right-back said.<\/p>\n

\u2018I would worry that Aston Villa<\/a> haven\u2019t announced that they\u2019re keeping him already because I think that could have been an easy deal to do with United if they were going to keep him, so it sounds to me like Villa aren\u2019t going to keep him. <\/p>\n

\u2018I would say for Marcus\u2019 sake and for United\u2019s sake that it feels like that path has come to an end.\u2019<\/p>\n

Switching his attentions to Sancho, Neville continued: \u2018I feel a little bit similarly with him as I do with Marcus. <\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019d be a bit concerned that Chelsea haven\u2019t made the noises that they\u2019re going to keep him.<\/p>\n

\u2018Again, Manchester United have to make sure they part ways with him and, from Jadon\u2019s point of view, he has to make sure that he parts ways with Manchester United.\u2019<\/p>\n

Antony enjoyed a remarkable return to form at Real Betis in the second half of the campaign, racking up nine goals and five assists for the La Liga outfit.<\/p>\n

But Antony has made it clear he wishes to bring his United spell to a halt and Neville feels the club have little option but to sanction the Brazilian\u2019s exit.<\/p>\n

\u2018I can imagine he was absolutely going under while he was at Old Trafford,\u2019 Neville said.<\/p>\n

\u2018He\u2019s gone to Spain and having seen a couple of players that I played with not do it Old Trafford but do it in Spain\u2026 I think he\u2019s suited down to the ground and it\u2019s been proven.<\/p>\n

\u2018Over there, there\u2019s a different tactical awareness, there\u2019s a different technical ability and there\u2019s a way of playing that\u2019s just more suited to players.<\/p>\n

\u2018The players I\u2019m referring to are players like Kleberson or Diego Forlan. It just didn\u2019t quite happen for them but they had really good careers and I think there are players like that who just aren\u2019t suited to a league.<\/p>\n

\u2018I think Antony is perfect for Spain and, again, somebody who Manchester United should facilitate leaving. It\u2019s best for Antony and best for the club.\u2019<\/p>\n

Discussing Garnacho\u2019s situation, Neville went on: \u2018I think if players are taking on the manager and if players are questioning the manager in public through social media or through other means, the manager has to win.<\/p>\n

\u2018If the manager doesn\u2019t win, the manager has to leave and I don\u2019t think that\u2019s going to happen this time. That\u2019s happened far too many times before.<\/p>\n

\u2018I think Garnacho will leave purely because of that, I think they\u2019ve had enough. Garnacho can play in the Premier League, no doubt, but I think he\u2019ll love it in Spain, he\u2019ll thrive over there, he\u2019ll score goals.<\/p>\n

\u2018He\u2019ll probably be someone next season that we\u2019re all looking back on thinking, \u201cWhy didn\u2019t Manchester United keep him?\u201d, that type of thing will probably happen, there\u2019s an element of that, but I think he has to go.<\/p>\n

\u2018That\u2019s not me throwing my toys out the pram and saying, \u201cGet him out the club!\u201d\u2026 no, for him and the club, I think it\u2019s right that he goes.<\/p>\n

\u2018Those four players should leave, not just because Manchester United should let them go, but because they should go and find themselves a place in their lives where they can go and play football because it\u2019s not at Old Trafford.\u2019<\/p>\n

There have been some rumours that United could be open to the potential sale of Mainoo, which would represent \u2018pure profit\u2019 given the England international came through the club\u2019s academy.<\/p>\n

But according to Neville, Amorim should be building his midfield around Mainoo and the thought of the midfielder leaving is a \u2018step too far\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2018Mainoo, no. That\u2019s a step too far,\u2019 the eight-time Premier League winner argued.<\/p>\n

\u2018If we can\u2019t give Kobbie Mainoo a job in that two in midfield\u2026 I look at Mainoo and the way he plays football and I think a top club would want him.<\/p>\n

\u2018Why can\u2019t we make him a top player? If he\u2019s one of ours and he\u2019s shown talent. <\/p>\n

\u2018I don\u2019t know what\u2019s gone on there in the last few months. He\u2019s obviously had some injuries which has caused him a problem so he needs to stay fit, but I\u2019d like to think he could be one of that two in midfield that Ruben Amorim plays.<\/p>\n

\u2018It\u2019s probably not Casemiro as his partner and it\u2019s probably not Ugarte as his partner, it\u2019s probably someone else in there who is better than those two, if I\u2019m being honest.<\/p>\n

\u2018But we should be building around Kobbie Mainoo in central midfield and not because he\u2019s come through the ranks.\u2019<\/p>\n

Neville is \u2018excited\u2019 by the arrival of Cunha and hopes the attacker can be a \u2018spark\u2019 capable of getting fans off their seats at the Theatre of Dreams.<\/p>\n

\u2018When your club signs a player, you should be excited. We know some of the players that play in his position are going to leave,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n

\u2018We know that United haven\u2019t had players in that position this season because Rashford, Sancho, Antony have all been put out on loan, Garnacho is more than likely going to go with what\u2019s happened in the last week.<\/p>\n

\u2018Cunha\u2019s goals have been growing in the last couple of years. He had a decent return for a club that has been near the bottom of the Premier League than the top.<\/p>\n

\u2018Am I excited? Yeah, I am excited by it because United need players who know the Premier League, have got a bit more robustness about them in terms of what they\u2019ve been through before and being at Wolves\u2026 that\u2019ll be tough because they lose quite a few matches.<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019m hoping he comes to Old Trafford and sees this vast pitch, this amazing stadium, with 75,000 fans who love a player who can take someone on, someone who can travel with the ball.<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019m hoping that he can shine a light. I\u2019m not saying one player is going to change what\u2019s going on at the moment, but one player can be a spark.\u2019<\/p>\n
