Detailed approval for will now be sought.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The application includes a commitment to transfer 25 new properties to a local housing association, helping to address the local housing waiting list.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The housebuilder recently had its five-star HBF (Home Builders Federation) rating confirmed for the fourth year in a row, meaning nine out of 10 customers would recommend them to a friend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Charles Church Severn Valley Managing Director Claire Burton, said: \u201cI am delighted that Charles Church has secured land in Harry Stoke to deliver high-quality homes for the area.
