Morning (6:30 AM) \u2013 Detox and hormone balance<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Warm water + soaked fenugreek seeds OR cinnamon water<\/li>\n<li>5-6 soaked almonds + 2 walnuts for healthy fats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>  2. Breakfast (8:00 AM) \u2013 High protein and fibre<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Moong dal chila + mint chutney<\/li>\n<li>Sprouts salad with <a class=\"backlink\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hindustantimes.com\/lifestyle\/health\/want-better-sex-and-balanced-hormones-from-yoga-to-pumpkin-seeds-know-secret-libido-lifters-for-your-love-life-101746452648567.html\" data-vars-page-type=\"story\" data-vars-link-type=\"Manual\" data-vars-anchor-text=\"pumpkin\" rel=\"noopener\">pumpkin <\/a>and sunflower seeds<\/li>\n<li>Papaya + coconut water (great for digestion)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3. Mid-Morning (11:00 AM) \u2013 Metabolism boost<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tulsi and ginger tea OR Ashwagandha chaas<\/li>\n<li>Watermelon\/muskmelon for hydration and detox<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4. Lunch (1:00 PM) \u2013 Balanced and nourishing<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rajma + red rice + kachumber salad<\/li>\n<li>Bajra roti + palak dal + ghee<\/li>\n<li>Quinoa khichdi (light and gut-friendly)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Evening Snack (4:30 PM) \u2013 Light and sustaining<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Roasted makhana with ghee<\/li>\n<li>Chia seed pudding OR a handful of chana and peanuts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>6. Dinner (7:00 PM) \u2013 Lightest meal of the day<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lauki soup + stir-fried veggies<\/li>\n<li>Moong dal khichdi + ghee (easy to digest!)<\/li>\n<li>Methi thepla + coconut chutney<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>7. Pre-bedtime (9:30 PM) \u2013 Sleep and hormone support<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Turmeric milk with cinnamon &amp; nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>Chamomile tea + soaked dates (reduces cravings)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PCOD weight loss tips<\/p>\n<p>The fitness coach also listed some PCOD weight loss tips to keep in mind while following the above-mentioned meal plan.<\/p>\n<p>1. Eat early, chew well, and avoid cold\/raw food at night<\/p>\n<p>2. Daily movement (yoga\/walking\/strength training)<\/p>\n<p>3. 1 tsp soaked seeds daily (flax\/sunflower)<\/p>\n<p> Vegetarian protein sources<\/p>\n<p>While nutrition and being on a caloric-deficient diet are necessary for weight loss, one also needs to add protein options to their diet.
