Speaking on his podcast, The Hard Truth, MacAnthony said: \u201cWe know Kwame has been offered an absolute blockbuster move to a top, top club in England. I don\u2019t know what he\u2019s thinking or what he\u2019s waiting for.<\/p>\n
\u201cHis agent is a big agent who represents Man United players. He\u2019d be mad not to go to the club because I think they\u2019ll be in the Premier League and he\u2019ll be their best player.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think he\u2019ll rip it up in the Championship. Unless a Premier League club has come in, I don\u2019t know.<\/p>\n
\u201cObviously if he ***** us and goes to Europe, I\u2019d be furious, because I know he\u2019ll earn more and be in the Premier League in a year.<\/p>\n
\u201cI think a player like him disappears in Europe. If he goes to Europe, he disappears. That\u2019s his career.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhereas at his age, if he goes to where I think he should go\u2026 it\u2019s not just about us getting paid. I plucked him at 19, nobody wanted him. We went out and paid big money for him. He\u2019d had a horrendous year the year before, that\u2019s why his value dropped.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe took a chance and developed him. If he listens to common sense \u2013 and I hope his agent talks common sense because it\u2019s about him and not his agent \u2013 the best club for him is the one I know that\u2019s in for him because he\u2019ll be their stand-out player.<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd that club, we will talk to them if he does sign for them and I think common sense will meet.\u201d<\/p>\n
