The email’s authenticity has not been officially confirmed by the NYPD.\u00a0<\/p>\n
“I received a call from City Hall regarding the former Duke and Duchess of Sussex visit to NYC on July 18th,” read the screenshot of the email from an officer.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The email, claimed to have been acquired through Freedom of Information Request, has been widely circulated on social media platforms, with some users mocking the royal couple.<\/p>\n
The supporters of King Charles and Prince William have long been calling for the removal of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal titles, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The email was allegedly sent by the NYPD officer who reportedly reached out to Torchstone Global, likely a private security or consulting firm, to coordinate efforts ahead of the royal couple’s visit.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The officer who sent the email appeared to be unfamiliar with royal protocol because Harry and Meghan were and still are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.\u00a0<\/p>\n
