Police have shared a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to after supermarket staff were assaulted in Birmingham<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Alcohol was reportedly stolen in the incident on Fairfax Road.<\/p>\n

Since the ordeal on March 9, officers have been carrying out enquiries but have so far been unable to identify the man pictured.<\/p>\n

They have shared an appeal to the public in the hopes of tracing him.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for West Midlands Police<\/a> said that the incident happened at around 6pm.<\/p>\n

They added: “Do you know who this is?<\/p>\n

“We would like to speak with him after staff from a supermarket in Fairfax Road, Birmingham, were assaulted before alcohol was stolen, at around 6pm on 9 March.<\/p>\n

“Since the incident, investigating officers have carried out CCTV enquiries but have been unable to identify this man.”<\/p>\n

They continued: “If you can help with our investigation you can contact us via 101 quoting crime reference number 20\/169830\/25.”<\/p>\n
