Kate Middleton credits THIS family member for being her rock during tough times<\/p>\n
Kate Middleton has found strength in her brother, James Middleton, through the difficult times as she navigates life amid cancer remission and the royal family dramas, surrounding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as well as Prince Andrew.<\/p>\n
The Princess of Wales supported her brother mental health crisis in 2017 when he contemplated ending his life.<\/p>\n
In a heartfelt recent interview, James praised Kate for her unwavering support during his darkest moments, when dropped everything to attend therapy sessions with him.<\/p>\n
\u201cKate has always had an exceptionally close relationship with James, so of course she was very upset and stressed that he was struggling,\u201d a source told Closer Magazine. <\/p>\n
They added, \u201cShe and William have been with him every step of the way, offering support, guidance and company. James is her baby brother at the end of the day, so it goes without saying that she was frightened and alarmed to hear what he was going through.\u201d<\/p>\n
In his interview, James said of Kate, \u201cI\u2019m incredibly fortunate to have my two sisters, not just as siblings, but as friends. They\u2019ve seen me at my best and at my lowest, and they\u2019ve always been there when I\u2019ve needed them.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cJames leant on his sister a lot. She\u2019s his rock, and she makes a point to check in on him most days,\u201d added the insider. <\/p>\n
\u201cThey talk and text all the time, sometimes into the night, and James knows that if he ever needs anything from Kate at all then she\u2019d drop whatever she\u2019s doing and be there to help. And that counts for so much.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kate also considers James her rock, the report revealed, adding that their connection remains a source of strength for them both.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe Middletons are an exceptionally tight knit family unit, who always support each other through thick and thin \u2013 that will never change,\u201d they said.<\/p>\n
\u201cKate is so proud of James for speaking up and helping others who may be struggling.
