{"id":158590,"date":"2025-06-04T22:09:11","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T22:09:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/158590\/"},"modified":"2025-06-04T22:09:11","modified_gmt":"2025-06-04T22:09:11","slug":"drug-dealing-gang-who-supplied-market-town-with-supply-class-a-drugs-is-jailed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/158590\/","title":{"rendered":"Drug dealing gang who supplied market town with supply class A drugs is jailed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Five offenders were sentenced to a total of seven years and three months at Worcester Crown Court<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/1_kenneth-stuchberyjpeg.jpg\" alt=\"Kenneth Stuchbery\" loading=\"eager\"  \/>Kenneth Stuchbery(Image: West Mercia Police)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">A gang which flooded a charming market town with supply class A drugs has been jailed for more than seven years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">West Mercia Police smashed a drugs ring which operated in Leominster, 12 miles from Hereford, after they stopped a car which had just left <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Birmingham<\/a> back on September 23, 2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The driver Philip Oldaker was stopped by officers as he travelled along the A449 Kidderminster.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><strong class=\"Strong_strong__e2x35\"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/news\/midlands-news\/tamworth-schools-placed-lockdown-after-31786100\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Read More: Tamworth schools placed in lockdown after man with machete alert<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">A passenger, Ethan Pound, was questioned and officers discovered a quantity of cocaine and cannabis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">An investigation was launched which revealed that this journey was to collect drugs destined to be sold in Leominster.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/0_ethan-poundjpeg.jpg\" alt=\"Ethan Pound\" loading=\"lazy\"  \/>Ethan Pound(Image: West Mercia Police)<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The head of the operation was identified as Kenneth Stuchbery and the net closed in on others.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Stuchbery oversaw Oldaker, Pound, Shane Butler and Jade Field who themselves had their own roles in the drug dealing ring within Leominster.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">On 26 November, police conducted simultaneous warrants which led to Stuchbery being charged for conspiracy to supply class A drugs \u2013 cocaine and remanded into prison.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The investigation revealed a wealth of evidence demonstrating Stuchbery\u2019s management of the drug supply enterprise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">He would orchestrate the collection and sale of the cocaine as well as reaping the financial benefit from his offending.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">All five pled guilty to conspiracy to supply class A drugs \u2013 cocaine and at Worcester Crown Court on 23 May they were sentenced as follows: &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul class=\"UnorderedList_unordered-list__gzblI\">\n<li class=\"sc-700e1ff3-0 ENBBt\">Kenneth Stuchbery, 37, of Bridge Street, Leominster, was sentenced to four years and six months for his significant role in the drug dealing enterprise and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of \u00a3187.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"UnorderedList_unordered-list__gzblI\">\n<li class=\"sc-700e1ff3-0 ENBBt\">Ethan Pound, 23, of no fixed abode \u2013 two years and nine months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of \u00a3228.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"UnorderedList_unordered-list__gzblI\">\n<li class=\"sc-700e1ff3-0 ENBBt\">Philip Oldaker, 60, of Wyson Avenue, Brimfield, Ludlow, Shropshire &#8211; two years suspended, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of \u00a3187 and costs of \u00a380.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"UnorderedList_unordered-list__gzblI\">\n<li class=\"sc-700e1ff3-0 ENBBt\">Shane Butler, 27, of Worcester Road, Leominster &#8211; two years suspended and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of \u00a3187.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"UnorderedList_unordered-list__gzblI\">\n<li class=\"sc-700e1ff3-0 ENBBt\">Jade Field, 31, of Paradise Court, Leominster &#8211;
