Meghan Markle has taken the charge to plan summer for Prince Harry to lift his spirits after \u201chectic\u201d year, an insider has revealed.<\/p>\n
According to a new report, the Duchess of Sussex has decided that she and the Duke will prioritize family bonding and relaxation this summer.<\/p>\n
A source told In Touch Weekly that Meghan has taken the lead in planning a series of getaways as she arranges trips both with their children, Prince Archie, and Princess Lilibet, and just for the couple.<\/p>\n
It would also include wine tastings in Napa, family adventures in Big Sur, a visit to a close friend in Colorado, and possibly a stop in Canada. <\/p>\n
\u201cMeghan is leading the charge and planning all sorts of getaways for them, some with the kids and some just the two of them,\u201d the insider said. <\/p>\n
They added, \u201cShe wants to go to Napa with Harry, do wine tastings, she wants to go to Big Sur and other parts of Northern California with the kids. <\/p>\n
\u201cA trip to see her close friend in Colorado is in the books. And she and Harry are even talking about visiting Canada.\u201d<\/p>\n
The report further revealed that Meghan and Harry have a \u201cstanding invite\u201d to visit friends David Foster and Katherine McPhee.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe other option is going to cottage country north of Toronto, they have friends with big spreads on Lake Muskoka that they can visit,\u201d the insider said. <\/p>\n
They noted that Meghan wants to make a \u201cbig effort to prop up\u201d Harry to \u201cremind him that he\u2019s got all he needs with her and the kids and their beautiful life in America.\u201d<\/p>\n
