The Duchess of Edinburgh<\/a> has long been an under-the-radar style icon<\/a>, and recently, she’s been impressing us even more than usual. Her latest public outing is yet another fashion victory. For a visit to the Imperial War Museum, Sophie wore a sleek maxi shirt dress in pale pink – and it’s now top of our summer wishlist.<\/p>\n

Sophie’s long sleeve dress has a classic shirt collar, and a dual-layered, A-line skirt with a cinching waist tie. But it’s the details that give this dress the extra gloss; from the textured silk fabric to the expertly placed pleats of the skirt and the statement stitching around the perimeter of the waist-tie. <\/p>\n

It is currently available at Net-A-Porter reduced to \u00a31,275 from \u00a32,550 – but rest assured! The Duchess of Edinburgh was visiting the Imperial War Museum to see the UK’s first major exhibition dedicated to sexual violence against women in conflict zones, ‘Unsilenced: Sexual Violence in Conflict.’ The topic is one which is close to the Duchess’ heart, as she has worked with survivors and a number of initiatives including the United Nation’s Women, Peace and Security agenda and the Preventing Sexual Violence in Conflict Initiative in the UK. <\/p>\n

Sharing photographs of Sophie’s visit to social media, the Royal Family added that the Duchess has visited a number of global locations to discuss the issue, including ‘Kosovo, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ukraine and Chad.’<\/p>\n

‘Unsilenced: Sexual Violence in Conflict’ is a free exhibition which will run at the International War Museum in London until November.<\/strong>
