Allen has over 20 years\u2019 experience and deals with residential sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions, new build properties, equity release, transfer of part, transfer of equity, unregistered titles and reconstitution of titles.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Her clients include first-time buyers (FTBs), high net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors and company clients.<\/p>\n
