He took on so many extra duties even in the midst of dealing with a sick wife. It\u2019s what had to be done, and he got on with it, but it certainly took a huge toll.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But now \u201cthat she\u2019s feeling better and the constant fear of losing her has eased off, William\u2019s big focus has been on making the most of their time and this second chance at life together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the source he\u2019s already spoken to King Charles about taking a step back and has \u201cgotten the go-ahead to tone down the frenetic pace\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Reason being \u201cCharles doesn\u2019t want to see William burn out and he certainly doesn\u2019t want to overload Kate when she\u2019s still fragile.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For right now \u201cHe\u2019s told her and William to take whatever time they need.
