Global reinsurance broker Gallagher Re has appointed Emmanuel Dubreuil as Chairman and Nicolas Rinc\u00e9 as Directeur General of France BeLux, as part of numerous new additions to the regional team.<\/p>\n

The pair will work in partnership with Thierry Myara, President of France, Belgium and Luxembourg, to develop and implement the broker\u2019s regional strategy.<\/p>\n

Dubreuil will join the reinsurance broker in late June 2025, while Rinc\u00e9 joins next month.<\/p>\n

As Chairman, Dubreuil will concentrate on client strategic advisory and growth strategy, while Rinc\u00e9 will be the executive lead of client-facing teams and strategy implementation on a day-to-day basis.<\/p>\n

Together with Myara, who drives the distribution and carrier partnerships, the three executives will collectively focus on production origination and client relationships. The trio will report to the Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA) Chair, Ditte Deschars.<\/p>\n

Gallagher Re has further strengthened its France BeLux broking team with another eight hires, including Mathieu Loisel; Julie Gigleux; Julien Mattei; Zouhir Driouache; Oscar Allitt; Thomas Meerman; Quentin Emery; and Arnaud Boulard.<\/p>\n

Additionally, the Brussels office, which is led by the Belgium Branch Head, Philippe de Longueville, was enhanced by the appointment of Nicolas Daxhelet in April 2025.<\/p>\n
