CCTV footage of missing Adeo in Manchester<\/p>\n
New CCTV footage has captured the last known footage of a missing 25-year-old man from Manchester who has not been seen for three weeks.<\/p>\n
Adeo Alston-Ekpei had been reported as missing on Friday, May 16, with detectives following ‘multiple lines of enquiry’ to trace him. In his last call with his mum, she described him as ‘very vulnerable’ and said that he ‘was not himself’ when he disappeared.<\/p>\n
He had been seen in Fletcher Moss Park in Didsbury<\/a> at around 3pm that day, before footage later picked him up walking down Kingsway, near to the River Mersey and away from Manchester at around 5.20pm.<\/p>\n Join the Manchester Evening News WhatsApp group <\/strong>HERE<\/a><\/p>\n Anyone who believes they may have seen him from around this time is asked to get in touch amid ongoing police enquiries, with his family also issuing a desperate appeal.<\/p>\n “It’s nearing three weeks since Adeo went missing and we are all deeply worried for his safety,” his loved ones said in a statement.<\/p>\n \u201cAdeo is kind, funny, intelligent, and has a huge heart – but he wasn\u2019t himself when he disappeared. He may have come across as agitated, lost, or confused.<\/p>\n “In his last call to his mum, he was in a very vulnerable state. If you\u2019ve seen him or know anything, please contact the police.<\/p>\n \u201cAdeo, if you see this – please call us. Your friends are looking for you, we love you and just want you home. Your Mum, Dad and Sisters.\u201d<\/p>\n Adeo is described as being a mixed-race male, with long curly black hair, and a long singular dreadlock, with bleached eyebrows.<\/p>\n He has a cupid\u2019s bow piercing and a right eyebrow piercing. He also has an \u2018AKA\u2019 tattoo on his right wrist and a \u201824\u2019 tattoo in the right side of his chest. He was last seen wearing long blue denim shorts, an undone green short-sleeved button-up shirt, and white Adidas trainers.<\/p>\n Detective Inspector Kelly, from GMP\u2019s Manchester district, said: \u201cWe are dedicated to finding Adeo and getting much-needed answers for his family.<\/p>\n \u201cI would ask any residents around the Kingsway area, and surrounding housing estates off Kingsway into Gately, and who may have dashcam or CCTV footage from around this time, to please check and get in touch if you have any information.<\/p>\n \u201cLikewise, if anyone believes they have seen Adeo, please get in touch with one of our officers.
