A man has been charged with attempted murder following an alleged stabbing at a property in Birmingham<\/a> that left a man fighting for his life.<\/p>\n The incident took place in Henley Street in Sparkbrook at around 1.15pm on Tuesday (June 3).<\/p>\n A 27-year-old man was said to have been \u2018seriously injured\u2019 after suffering from \u2018stab injuries\u2019 in the incident.<\/p>\n West Midlands Ambulance Service<\/a> attended the incident and said they treated a man who was left in a \u2018critical condition\u2019 and was given \u2018advanced trauma care\u2019.<\/p>\n Read more: Man ‘seriously injured’ in Birmingham stabbing<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n A spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: \u201cWe were called to reports of a stabbing at an address on Henley Street in Sparkbrook at around 1.20pm on Tuesday (June 3).<\/p>\n \u201cAn ambulance, paramedic officer, a MERIT (Medical Emergency Response Intervention Team) trauma doctor with a critical care paramedic and the Warwickshire<\/a> and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance were sent to the scene.<\/p>\n \u201cOn arrival, crews found a man in a critical condition.
