Speaking in Cape Town, South Africa last November, the Prince of Wales said of his leadership style, \u201cI\u2019m trying to do it differently, and I\u2019m trying to do it for my generation. I\u2019m doing it with maybe a smaller \u2018r\u2019 in the royal, if you like. It\u2019s more about impact, philanthropy, collaboration, convening, and helping people.\u201d\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"mntl-sc-block_22-0\" class=\"comp mntl-sc-block mntl-sc-block-html\"> \u201cI\u2019m also going to throw empathy in there as well, because I really care about what I do,\u201d William continued. \u201cIt helps impact people\u2019s lives.
