Ineos are likely to sell the winger as he’s an asset that can help raise funds for new transfers to bolster Ruben Amorim’s squad ahead of next season.

That means Betis are set to face stiff competition in their pursuit of signing Antony.

Photo by Image Photo Agency/Getty ImagesErik ten Hag could sign Antony for a third time

Antony could be reunited with former United manager Erik ten Hag this summer.

Ten Hag was in charge of United when Antony joined in a deal worth £82 million in 2022, joining from Ajax, where the pair initially worked together.

It was never a secret that Antony received preferential treatment at United, but he would lose his place in the team last season and was eventually pushed down the pecking order by Amad Diallo.

That is unlikely to change under Ruben Amorim, with Antony set to find a new club this summer.

According to Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth, Antony is one of several forward players Bayer Leverkusen are looking at if Florian Wirtz leaves this summer.

Antony one of number of forwards Bayer Leverkusen looking at if Florian Wirtz leaves.
