The most expensive streets to live on in Greater Manchester<\/a> have been revealed. These affluent, tree-lined roads are home to some of the priciest properties <\/a>you can buy across the region, boasting multi-million pound price tags.<\/p>\n

these streets are commonly known as ‘millionaires rows’, and it is no surprise that they are where some of region’s richest residents reside, from footballers and celebrities to entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n

Using the latest data from Land Registry, a tool by Property Solvers has found which streets have the highest average house prices<\/a> across the region.<\/p>\n

Each of the eight most expensive streets are all in Trafford<\/a>, which is known as Greater Manchester’s most expensive borough to live in.<\/p>\n

Most of the properties are located in the desirable village of Hale<\/a>, which had an overall average house price of \u00a3684,930 over the last year.<\/p>\n

Below are Greater Manchester’s eight most expensive streets, where homes for sale currently range from \u00a33.2 to \u00a38.5 million.<\/p>\n

Stanhope Road, BowdonThis lavish property is up for sale on Stanhope Road in Bowdon(Image: Savills \/ Zoopla)<\/p>\n

Stanhope Road in Bowdon is the priciest street to buy a home in Greater Manchester at the moment, where the average home costs \u00a33,075,000.<\/p>\n

A modern detached property <\/a>which spans seven bedrooms and has an infinity pool and supercar turntable <\/a>is currently on the market at \u00a34.9 million.<\/p>\n

Broadway, HaleThis mansion is on the market on Broadway, Hale(Image: Gascoigne Halman \/ Rightmove)<\/p>\n

Broadway in Hale is currently the region’s second most expensive street to live on, with an average house price of \u00a33,025,000.<\/p>\n

There is a detached property<\/a> on the market at the moment, which boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and is up for sale at \u00a38.5 million.<\/p>\n

With an average house price of \u00a32,896,666, Barrow Lane in Hale is the third most expensive street to live on.<\/p>\n

With an average house price of \u00a32,001,666, Planetree Road is amongst the top five most expensive streets to live on in Greater Manchester.<\/p>\n

There is currently a detached house<\/a> up for sale at \u00a31.8 million, which has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and five reception rooms.<\/p>\n
