One of Liverpool\u2019s most popular brunch spots is launching this weekend in Lark Lane.<\/p>\n

And Bam Boo will offer the only bottomless brunch in the South Liverpool drink and dining hot spot when it officially opens its doors tomorrow, according to owner Lloyd King.<\/p>\n

He said:<\/p>\n

\u201cNo-one else in Lark Lane is offering bottomless brunch so we think that\u2019s going to be really popular,\u201d says Lloyd. \u201cIt\u2019s a great way of friends getting together.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou know what you\u2019re paying, you\u2019ve got great food, 90-minutes of drinks, the DJ playing good music, and you can have a laugh.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bam Boo Brunch & Cocktails opened in Bold Street in 2023 with fans \u2013 it has 31,000 followers on Instagram \u2013 quickly claiming it was the best brunch and breakfast in the city and giving it five-star reviews.<\/p>\n

It offers a huge breakfast and brunch menu with everything from bagels to fluffy pancakes, and Full English to Steak & Eggs; and lunch with burgers and tacos and more. And it\u2019s just as famed for its cocktail collection.<\/p>\n

Lloyd says there\u2019s a simple reason for the venue\u2019s huge success \u2013 its food and service live up to the social hype!<\/p>\n

\u201cPeople\u2019s expectations are met,\u201d he adds. \u201cWhat you see on Instagram and what you read in reviews is what you get \u2013 and that means the best service, the best food and favours, a great ambience \u2026 everything is on point.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lloyd and partners Sam Patterson and Lauren Wright have spent the last three months renovating the former Garden venue on Lark Lane to create Bam Boo Brunch, Bar & Cocktails, and he says the result is \u2018stunning, stunning, stunning\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would say it\u2019s going to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing venues in South Liverpool.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt has that same feel of Bold Street with exposed brick and the mirrors, and we\u2019ve gone for emerald green tiles. There\u2019s a gorgeous courtyard area that we have renovated, and it has a beautiful Edwardian glass roof that opens up so we can use it throughout the year.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have got a floral display like we have in Bold Street, but dare I say we have a better floral display in Lark Lane, and it\u2019s just very bright, very open, and it\u2019s honestly, just stunning, stunning, stunning.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s sensational. It\u2019s incredible.\u201d<\/p>\n

He goes on:<\/p>\n

\u201cFood wise it\u2019s the same offering which, we believe, is the best brunch and breakfast in the city. During the day, we\u2019ll be giving customers all of that good food and in the evening, we\u2019ll turn into a cocktail bar \u2026 and we are bringing that to Lark Lane, probably one of the most iconic streets in Liverpool.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Lark Lane site will look completely different during the day and at night. I\u2019m so excited.<\/p>\n

\u201cLark Lane is the Bold Street of the south; it\u2019s this fabulous hub of food and drink with an eclectic mix of people. It\u2019s such a vibrant road, And there\u2019s nowhere that comes close to how busy Lark Lane is so, for us, it was the right move.<\/p>\n

\u201cBeing on Bold Street is one of the most preferable areas in town to have a restaurant on, and if you\u2019re leaving the city, then Lark Lane is the number one destination. Since Covid it\u2019s had a real resurgence.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s got a lot of great operators now and that\u2019s only good for the area.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bam Boo Brunch, Bar & Cocktails will open seven days a week and, unlike Bold Street which is all bookable, there will be an area kept free for walk-ins, \u2018so people can just come in as they\u2019re walking past and grab brunch or breakfast any time of day\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have just got it right,\u201d says Lloyd, \u201cand that\u2019s not just down to me but my fantastic partners and our incredible staff.\u00a0 Long may it continue.\u201d<\/p>\n
