Vampires are all the rage this week, with Ryan Coogler\u2019s Sinners now available at home. It\u2019s joined by a bloody indie bloodsucker movie and even a Vietnamese vamp movie both sinking their fangs into VOD. But that\u2019s just the start of this week\u2019s TEN new horror releases, which also include the return of the Predator franchise with the saga\u2019s first ever animated movie.<\/p>\n

From Magnificent Films and Silent D Pictures,\u00a0Sean Cronin\u2019s<\/strong> indie vampire movie Bogieville<\/strong> sank its teeth into all major VOD outlets beginning this past Tuesday, June 3.<\/p>\n

In the film, \u201cA young couple on the run come across an American trailer park and are convinced to stay by the sinister caretaker Crawford. But they soon learn that he is in fact the guardian of the residents of Bogieville, themselves a pack of blood-thirsty vampires.\u201d<\/p>\n

Indonesian film star\u00a0Arifin Putra\u00a0<\/strong>(The Raid 2) and newcomer\u00a0Eloise Lovell Anderson<\/strong>\u00a0(Villain) star, along with Sean Cronin as the lead vampire Madison.<\/p>\n

Sarina Taylor<\/strong>\u00a0(Solitary),\u00a0Poppie Jae Hughes<\/strong>\u00a0(Our Kid),\u00a0Daniel P. Lewis<\/strong>\u00a0(Wuthering Heights),\u00a0Andrew Lee Pots<\/strong>\u00a0(The Crown) and\u00a0Katie Sheridan<\/strong>\u00a0(The Royal Nanny) also star.<\/p>\n

Bogieville\u00a0was filmed in England, and is produced by Djonny Chen for Silent D Pictures, along with Cronin for Magnificent Films.\u00a0Henry P. Gravelle<\/strong>\u00a0wrote the screenplay.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Vampire lore gets reimagined in\u00a0Daydreamers<\/strong>, a groundbreaking genre-bender set in modern-day Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Vietnamese film is now available on VOD.<\/p>\n

The film follows Nhat, a young vampire raised in a secluded river community that suppresses its thirst for human blood in hopes of regaining lost humanity.<\/p>\n

When his long-lost brother Marco returns with stories of vampires thriving in the big city amongst humans, Nhat\u00a0is drawn\u00a0into a dangerous world that tests his loyalty, beliefs, and survival.
