A road in Edinburgh’s city centre has been cordoned off by police in an ongoing incident.<\/p>\n
Waterloo Place has been closed by emergency services<\/a> after an incident which took place around 1.15pm on June 6.<\/p>\n It’s understood police were responding to concern for a person.
