A new horror film<\/a> that fans have called a \u201cmasterpiece\u201d is now available to stream at home, with some even saying it\u2019s the best movie of the year so far. Sinners, directed by Ryan Coogler<\/a>, has taken the world by storm with its mix of supernatural thrills, dark humour, and blues music<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Set in Mississippi<\/a> during the 1930s, the film follows twin brothers Smoke and Stack, both played by Michael B. Jordan<\/a>, as they return to their hometown hoping to start over. But their plans are quickly derailed by a mysterious force that arrives one night at their newly opened juke joint.<\/p>\n

The film is now available to buy or rent on Amazon Prime Video in the UK and US, as well as Apple TV and other major platforms.<\/p>\n

It premiered in cinemas in April and has since earned more than \u00a3275 million at the global box office.<\/p>\n

Sinners has been widely praised for its originality, storytelling, and powerful performances.<\/p>\n

It currently holds a 97% rating on Rotten Tomatoes after 75 critic reviews, a score higher than Coogler\u2019s earlier hits Creed and Black Panther.<\/p>\n

The film has also been celebrated for its music. Featuring a blues soundtrack by composer Ludwig G\u00f6ransson, viewers have called the score \u201cthe best thing about the whole movie\u201d.<\/p>\n

One reviewer said: \u201cThe music took me on a journey and was the best thing about the whole movie.<\/p>\n

\u201cFound myself going from dancing to having a jumpscare to laughing. It was a thrilling rollercoaster!\u201d<\/p>\n

Others were even more direct: \u201cMasterpiece, faultless, superb! I could easily finish the review right there with those three simple words.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sinners is set in the Jim Crow-era Deep South and blends horror with history.<\/p>\n
