Police have launched an urgent appeal to help trace an elderly woman who has been reported missing<\/a> from Edinburgh.<\/p>\n Barbara Lamond was last seen around 4pm on Saturday, June 7, in the Craiglockhart View area of the city.<\/a><\/p>\n Officers<\/a> are becoming increasingly concerned for the 86-year-old’s welfare.<\/p>\n She is described as white, around 5ft 4ins tall, of slim build, with short grey hair. When last seen, she was wearing dark trousers, a dark padded coat, and may also have been wearing a light pink woolly hat and glasses.<\/p>\n Inspector Alison Lawrie said: \u201cWe want to make sure Barbara is safe and well.
