Prince Andrew once again made it to the headlines after his lifestyle was compared to Prince William and Kate Middleton.<\/p>\n
According to GB, a property expert\u00a0Robin Edwards claimed that the Duke of York’s residence, Royal Lodge, is more expensive to maintain than the future King and Queen’s home Adelaide Cottage.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Andrew is asked to leave the giant mansion by King Charles as it is difficult to bear the expenses, but the adamant Prince refuses to leave.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The expert shared that Royal Lodge is “significantly more expensive” as “unlike Frogmore Cottage and Adelaide Cottage, Royal Lodge does not fall within the security cordon of Windsor Castle and therefore the security bill for it is significantly more expensive.”<\/p>\n
Explaining the reason behind Andrew’s expensive lifestyle, Robin detailed the inside structure of Royal Lodge, stating, “As well as the 30-room main house, the estate includes a gardener’s cottage, the chapel lodge, six lodge cottages and police security accommodation, in addition to 21 acres of gardens.”<\/p>\n
It is important to note that Prince Andrew is already not in the good books of the Prince of Wales due to his involvement in controversies, bringing shame to the royal family.<\/p>\n
Earlier, royal expert\u00a0Hilary Fordwich told Fox News Digital, “Andrew\u2019s future within the royal family is beyond bleak, since Prince William is firmly opposed to any public rehabilitation with no foreseeable path back.”<\/p>\n
