It is also apparently possible to watch the sunset over Glastonbury Tor from your bed.

The site has had two 5* reviews on Google, and has an average rating of 8.5 on Pitch Up, based on four reviews.

One recent reviewer wrote: “We a great time, such a stunning, quite location on the levels beneath the tor.

“Huge bed, spacious clean and tidy yurt. The outdoor kitchen and showers were perfect.

“Awesome swimming spot to. Would stay again for sure!”

And another one said: “I stayed here last week for a 2 night getaway on my own. I had the ‘Tilly’ yurt and although the photos looked amazing, nothing can prepare you for seeing it in real life.

“The yurt is truly the best of both worlds and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in.”

She added: “As there is only 2 yurts it’s very peaceful but the sound of sheep bleating will keep you company. There is a compost toilet for each yurt, a shared kitchen and showers.

“I was very lucky with the weather so decided to have a dip in the lake to cool off. It’s also an idyllic place to watch the sunset with a view of Glastonbury tor.”

They overlook Glastonbury Tor(Image: Michelle Cowbourne / SWNS) Living in Bristol, we don’t need to go far to…

[8818
381,748,393,4884,15125,16,15
0":"post-166899","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-bristol","8":"tag-bristol","9":"tag-britain","10":"tag-england","11":"tag-great-britain","12":"tag-things-to-do-in-bristol","13":"tag-uk","14":"tag-united-kingdom
["GET
