“We have been quiet for a while but we are still constantly working behind the scenes on getting answers.<\/p>\n
“Unlike the authorities, we follow up on all information that comes our way.<\/p>\n
“We will never give up as we are more certain than ever that someone knows what has happened to Jack and where he is.<\/p>\n
“It\u2019s been 15 months of unimaginable hell. Please do the right thing and share any information that could help us!”<\/p>\n
Jack was last seen at 3.15am on Saturday, March 2, 2024, in the area of Brunel Lock Road and Brunel Way after a night out in Bristol.<\/p>\n
He had been on a night out with student friends and went to a home in Hotwells after a night at a pub.<\/p>\n
After telling his mum that he would take a taxi home – shortly before 2am – he left the party around an hour later.<\/p>\n
CCTV footage, shared by police, then shows Jack walking around the Cumberland Basin for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n
At around 3.24am, he then called a friend still at the party and, when they rang back 10 minutes later, Jack said “hello” before the call cut out.<\/p>\n
Though Jack’s phone disconnected, police believe it did not leave the Hotwells and Cumberland Basin area, and it remained active until 6.44am.<\/p>\n
