large areas of England on Saturday, June 14.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The Met Office has advised that this period could see &#8220;quite unsettled&#8221; but also &#8220;widely warm or very warm&#8221; <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/all-about\/birmingham-weather\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">temperatures<\/a>, particularly in the south and east of England.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><strong \">According to wxcharts.com, maximum <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/all-about\/birmingham-weather\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">temperatures <\/a>could reach 35C in the eastern parts of Kent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">A total of 20 counties could see the mercury reach at least 30C that day, such as Greater London, Hampshire, Berkshire and Essex.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Birmingham<\/a> could see temperatures peak at 29C.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Devon could see the <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/all-about\/birmingham-weather\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">mercury <\/a>rise to 25C, while it will be slightly cooler in Cornwall with temperatures of 21C.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">In its long range forecast from June 12 to July 6, the Met Office said: &#8220;The start of this period is likely to be quite unsettled but also widely warm or very warm, perhaps locally hot in parts of the south and east.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;Some showers and thunderstorms are likely to affect most parts but there will also be some sunshine.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;Over the weekend and into the start of the following week, most parts will become drier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;However, there may be another brief spell of rain with a risk of some thunderstorms, before high pressure more firmly builds in from the west.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;The rest of the following week looks like being mainly dry with variable cloud and some sunshine and often warm or very warm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;The far north may be largely cloudy with a threat of some more rain at times
