Horse No 1 MY FLYING ANGEL (J174) Z Purton After the event Z Purton reported that his mount did not stretch out during the running of the race and he had some concerns with its action. <\/p>\n
A veterinary inspection immediately following the race found that horse to have sustained a wound to its left hind leg. <\/p>\n
Before being allowed to race again, MY FLYING ANGEL will be subjected to an official veterinary examination. <\/p>\n
Horse No 2 KING OBERON (H407) H Bowman Bumped at the start. <\/p>\n
Raced wide and without cover from the 800 Metres. <\/p>\n
Sent for sampling post-race. <\/p>\n
Horse No 3 SPICY SO SMART (G203) A Hamelin After the event A Hamelin reported that his mount raced “flat” A veterinary inspection immediately following the race did not show any significant findings. <\/p>\n
Horse No 4 TAIHANG SCENERY (J314) E C W Wong After being crossed by RUBY SAILING near the 800 Metres commenced to race keenly and got its head up when being steadied away from RUBY SAILING. <\/p>\n

In the middle stages raced keenly and approaching the 800 Metres shifted out when being steadied away from MY FLYING ANGEL. <\/p>\n
Near the 250 Metres rider C L Chau dropped his whip. <\/p>\n
Horse No 6 SOLAR UP (J134) M Chadwick Fractious in the starting gates and jumped awkwardly. <\/p>\n
After the event, M Chadwick reported that his mount failed to run on in the Home Straight and had a tendency to shy out away from the inside. <\/p>\n

Horse No 7 MODEST GENTLEMAN (G352) A Atzeni Near the 900 Metres was steadied when crowded by TAIHANG SCENERY which shifted in and away slightly from RUBY SAILING (Apprentice P N Wong) which shifted in when not clear before being corrected. <\/p>\n
Apprentice Wong was severely reprimanded and advised she must ensure that she leaves sufficient racing room for runners to her inside. <\/p>\n
Approaching the 700 Metres was checked to avoid TAIHANG SCENERY. <\/p>\n
Between the 450 Metres and the 300 Metres had some difficulty obtaining clear running. <\/p>\n
