We\u2019re not going to reverse devolution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr Farage previously wanted to axe our parliament as we know it and put Scotland\u2019s Westminster politicians in there when they decide on Scottish-only matters.<\/p>\n<p>Reform surged to third in last week\u2019s Hamilton by-election \u2014 fewer than 1,500 votes behind winners Labour.<\/p>\n<p>Farage \u2014 bookies\u2019 favourite to be the next PM \u2014 hit out at \u201cexcesses of the Scottish <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thescottishsun.co.uk\/topic\/parliament\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Parliament<\/a>\u201d such as whopping construction costs and \u201cthe fact that it\u2019s really failed quite badly to deliver on some of its key objectives \u2014 education in particular, and health\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>He said: \u201cThe job now is to make sure it\u2019s done better.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Reform grabbed 26.1 per cent of the vote last week, the SNP 29.4 per cent and Labour 31.6 per cent.<\/p>\n<p>Farage\u2019s party is tipped to grab at least a dozen MSPs at the 2026 election \u2014 but has been criticised for a lack of devolved policies.<\/p>\n<p>Asked how his party would spend \u00a310billion if they had power in Scotland, Mr Farage said: \u201cWhat about creating money? What about creating wealth and jobs? What about upping the average income of people living in Scotland?
