Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has given his \u2018here we go\u2019 confirmation with Man City set to complete a deal for Lyon attacking midfielder Rayan Cherki.<\/p>\n
The Citizens have had a poor season by their standards with Pep Guardiola\u2019s men never in the title race despite ending the season\u00a0in third position.<\/p>\n
