expect short-notice cancellations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">From today, there will be cancellations to CrossCountry services in the region.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">This is due to planned industrial action by the National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers (RMT).<\/p>\n<p agreed to industrial action, short of a strike, on weekdays and Saturdays.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" work.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">The industrial action will affect a number of different roles, CrossCountry said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Restrictions on when train managers and senior conductors can work will mean an increased number of short-notice cancellations across its network during this period.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" customers who will be disrupted by industrial action.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">&#8220;While we\u2019re working hard to run as many services as possible over this period, we know there will be more cancellations than usual across all routes from Monday, June 9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0
