{"id":171489,"date":"2025-06-09T23:28:14","date_gmt":"2025-06-09T23:28:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/171489\/"},"modified":"2025-06-09T23:28:14","modified_gmt":"2025-06-09T23:28:14","slug":"ex-rituals-md-takes-leadership-role-at-frances-aroma-zone-as-it-preps-uk-roi-debut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/171489\/","title":{"rendered":"Ex-Rituals MD takes leadership role at France&#8217;s Aroma-Zone as it preps UK\/ROI debut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"article-content col-md-8 offset-md-1\">\n                                Former Rituals UK\/Ireland MD Penny Grivea has taken up an identical position for Aroma-Zone as the French beauty brand prepares to launch in the UK, debuting its first store in London later this year.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"news-image\" style=\"width:100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/1a17.jpg\" alt=\"Boutique Aroma-Zone de Bruxelles\" loading=\"lazy\"\/>Boutique Aroma-Zone de Bruxelles &#8211; DR<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-md-8 offset-md-1 article-content--texte\">Grivea led Rituals\u2019 UK and Ireland ops for over nine years from 2015 to create turnover of \u20ac170 million.<\/p>\n<p>Under her leadership, Rituals undertook a major UK expansion drive over the last few years including store openings at Liverpool One, Glasgow\u2019s Silverburn, Chelmsford\u2019s Bond Street, Watford\u2019s Atria mall, Ashford Designer Outlet, Belfast\u2019s Victoria Square, Merryhill, and London Designer Outlet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-md-8 offset-md-1 article-content--texte\">Prior to Rituals, she held leadership roles at Georg Jensen, Follie Folli and Korres Natural Products.<\/p>\n<p>Latest financials show Aroma-Zone achieved sales growth of 56% in 2024, up from 43% in 2023.
