Roller shutters are fitted.<\/p>\n<p>The property is let for a term of 10 years from July 23, 2024, at a current rent of \u00a315,000 per annum, subject to a break clause on July 22, 2029.<\/p>\n<p>19-21 Barnabas Road is another double-fronted premises and also listed at \u00a375,000-plus. It has ancillary accommodation on the first floor, above the retail area.<\/p>\n<p>It currently trades as &#8216;Printerwise&#8217; and is let for 10 years from August 16, 2023, at a current rental of \u00a315,000 per annum, subject to a break clause on August 14, 2028.<\/p>\n<p>15 Barnabas Road has a guide price of \u00a330,000-plus.
