It has ancillary accommodation on the first floor, above the retail area.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">It currently trades as &#8216;Printerwise&#8217; and is let for 10 years from August 16, 2023, at a current rental of \u00a315,000 per annum, subject to a break clause on August 14, 2028.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">15 Barnabas Road has a guide price of \u00a330,000-plus.
