These materials, vital to electric vehicles and household appliances, have been under stricter export controls since April.<\/p>\n<p id=\"Duringrecent\">During recent talks, Trade Commissioner Maro\u0161 \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d warned Chinese officials that the curbs had caused major disruptions across Europe, describing the situation as alarming.
