A pop-up beach attraction has arrived at a popular shopping<\/a> centre in Bristol and will remain here for much of the summer.<\/p>\n The Willow Brook Centre in Bradley Stoke<\/a> opened the ‘beach’ on Monday.<\/p>\n Willow Brook Shopping shared a photo of the covered sandpit, alongside bunting, plants, buckets and spades, and colourful beach hut-esque mini houses.<\/p>\n It wrote: “We are getting ready for the beach reopening on Monday! All we need now is for the weather to cheer up a little!”<\/p>\n Fans and locals were quick to share their excitement at the beach’s return in the comments.<\/p>\n One said: “Another free thing for us to do”, while a second commented: “Something for the summer”, and others were already organising the perfect play date with friends here, calling it ‘amazing’.<\/p>\n ‘Costa Del Willow Brook’, it will be open from 9.30am to 7pm everyday.<\/p>\n The pop-up beach is situated just opposite the former Harvester<\/a> restaurant, which recently announced it had closed its doors for good.<\/p>\n Content cannot be displayed without consent<\/p>\n BristolLive reported last week<\/a> that the restaurant had closed for the very last time on Sunday, June 1.<\/p>\n In a post to social media, the team said: “Today we close our doors for the last time at Harvester Willow Brook. It’s a sad day for all the team involved.<\/p>\n “We would like to thank all team, guests, friends and family for their support this week and always.”<\/p>\n The Google listing for the restaurant now says ‘permanently closed’, while the official Harvester website<\/a> displays a message which reads: “This restaurant is now closed.<\/p>\n “We have now closed our doors as a Harvester restaurant to make way for something new and exciting.
