six week wait for bins to be collected<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Chillingly, Lemarthy&#8217;s target grabs an innocent passer-by and uses his body as a &#8216;human shield&#8217;
