The second diplomat assured the Commission \u201cwouldn\u2019t propose if they don\u2019t see options\u201d for the package to be adopted. They were unfazed by Fico\u2019s threats. \u201cWe have 17 packages and don\u2019t see any reason why we can\u2019t get another one.\u201d<\/p>\n
Both diplomats expected a deal is possible, because behind closed doors Hungary and Slovakia were not as vocal as in public.<\/p>\n
