Nottingham Forest are exploring a number of deals this summer transfer window.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nuno Espirito Santo\u2019s side have registered interest in Raul Moro<\/a>, who has enjoyed a productive season with Real Valladolid.<\/p>\n

Moro, formerly of Barcelona\u2019s academy, is believed to be available for around \u00a38m after the Spanish club suffered relegation from La Liga.<\/p>\n

Atletico Madrid star Reinildo is also wanted by Forest<\/a>, as they look to bring in a left-back following Alex Moreno and Harry Toffolo\u2019s departures<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Now, Nottingham Forest<\/a> have just been given a great chance to sign a Liverpool full-back who\u2019d certainly fill that void.<\/p>\n

Forest are really light at left-back and Espirito Santo has clearly made it a priority area to strengthen this summer. <\/p>\n

With that said, they should seriously consider signing Liverpool\u2019s Kostas Tsimikas, who is now expected to leave Liverpool, according to The Mirror<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Arne Slot has made Tsimikas surplus to requirements, having only handed him nine Premier League starts last term.<\/p>\n

The Greek international is out of contract in 2027, so there\u2019s a great chance for Forest to snap him up for a bargain fee.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Jurgen Klopp loved Tsimikas<\/p>\n

Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was a big fan of Tsimikas and heaped praise on the left-back back in November 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe all know how good Kostas can be, but now he has the opportunity,\u201d Klopp explained. \u201cThe first performance maybe isn\u2019t great, then you start thinking, I can only help the boys. You cannot change it.<\/p>\n

\u201cMost of the work the boys have to do themselves. Then you saw the first assist, it just opened up and then it\u2019s football again that\u2019s how it goes.<\/p>\n

\u201cSuper important and really happy for him. The situation is not always easy when Robbo is fit and today you can see again how good a player he is.\u201d<\/p>\n

Evidently, if Klopp rated him, it\u2019s a good indicator that Forest would be signing a real top-level player, who just needs that bit of consistency to regain confidence. <\/p>\n

Liverpool only paid around \u00a311m for Tsimikas in 2020, so perhaps Evangelos Marinakis<\/a> could negotiate a similar fee, which would be excellent value.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Nottingham Forest are exploring a number of deals this summer transfer window.
