Fress\u2019 only loss came at the hands of Armand Xhoxhaj the first time he fought for this title, but he has since racked up seven straight wins, winning the IBO Inter-Continental and WBC International titles along the way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">In the other main bout, super middle Artur Reis, 14-1 (9 KOs), meets Croatian Mate Rudan, 8-0 (7 KOs), for the vacant IBF European title.
