Back then, we had to run 5 to 10 rounds and stand all day. Then I learnt striding and everything. From the Delhi trainer, I learnt a lot about running. I started gymming from 15-16 years. So, I have been gymming for the past 24 years, continuously for 21 years,\u201d Dhawan told Ranveer Allahabadia on the latter\u2019s new chat show on YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>Dhawan shared that he has always been \u201cdisciplined\u201d about his diet. \u201cI have reduced my <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/indianexpress.com\/article\/lifestyle\/fitness\/2-per-20-rule-stabilise-blood-sugar-without-exercise-experts-10025684\/\" class=\"\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">calorie count<\/a><\/strong>. I am very focused. I try not to eat sweets. I don\u2019t eat sweets. If I have to sacrifice, I have to. I want to maintain a good personality. I want to look good, so I will do it. I\u2019ve always had a nutritionist.
