This is his time to step up and compete at a big club,\u201d O\u2019Hara added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s an honest manager, a good person and carries a lot of respect in the footballing industry.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think he\u2019s a great appointment and it shows courage from Daniel Levy.
