Royal author Angela Levin claims Markle once screamed at TV producers after a journalist questioned her about her previously disclosed suicidal thoughts. One such sit-down was with CBS’s Jane Pauley. As reported by OK! magazine<\/a>, Levin revealed, \u201cAfter the interview was over, she was apparently screaming to the producers, very, very annoyed at what they had asked her.\u201d She added, \u201cYou mustn’t do that with Meghan because she’s in control. But you could see she couldn’t contain her anger, her fury.\u201d The author claimed that although Markle had previously opened up about her suicidal thoughts to Oprah Winfrey, she \u2018wasn\u2019t expecting\u2019 to be questioned on it again.<\/p>\n Article continues below advertisement<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Levin shared that the Duchess also \u2018couldn\u2019t stand\u2019 being with her husband, Harry, during the interview. \u201cShe would look at him with such harsh eyes and such a terrible expression on her face because she didn’t want him to talk, I imagine. He is really lost at the moment…I think that he’s in a very, very bad way.\u201d The pair\u2019s emotional conversation with Pauley marked their first shared appearance since 2021. Reflecting on the same, body language expert <\/a>Judi James revealed to The Mirror<\/a> that three gestures betrayed her inner feelings. She told the outlet, \u201cShe performs several hair-preen rituals and a wry, mirthless smile that suggests she is being politely brave. Her hand goes out to hold Harry’s leg as though seeking his support although he sits relatively still with his head cocked, watching her face with what looks like concern.\u201d James also shared her observations on Harry\u2019s reactions, stating, \u201cWhen he looks down, his fingers rub together in what looks like anxiety as Meghan describes what she has ‘overcome’ after ‘not being believed.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n Article continues below advertisement<\/p>\n<\/p>\n The Duchess of Sussex has candidly admitted to contemplating suicide while she was part of the royal family. As per ITV News<\/a>, when Markle was explicitly asked by Winfrey if she had ever thought of self-harm, she replied, \u201cYes. This was very, very clear.\u201d She added, \u201cI went to the institution, and I said that I needed to go somewhere to get help\u2026And I was told that I couldn\u2019t, that it wouldn\u2019t be good for the institution.\u201d She also revealed that the royal family offered no support, leading her to seek help from one of Princess Diana\u2019s<\/a> best friends.<\/p>\n
