One crew from Devizes attended and our stop came in at 5.49am when we left the scene.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  Following an extended period on the hospital roof, after 5am on June 12, the patient jumped off the roof of the hospital into a neighbouring field, before making his way into the estate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  In a statement posted on Devizes Police social media this morning, a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: \u201cPlease be aware that we have cordoned off Reeves Road, Devizes, following a development in the Green Lane Hospital incident.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cShortly after 5am this morning (12\/06), the man, aged in his 20s, jumped off the roof of a building at the hospital and into a neighbouring field, and then made his way into a local housing estate, where he has climbed onto the roof of a residential house.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cWe have set up a cordon on the street and are continuing to negotiate with the man.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  \u201cWe appreciate this development will be concerning for local residents.
