\n Ana Trifasi, general manager at Barchester\u2019s Hundens Park Care Home was surprised with a party organised by staff and residents to mark the milestone and to present her with a long service award.\n<\/p>\n

\n Through ‘hard work and dedication’, she progressed to nurse, then head of care, before advancing to clinical lead and later deputy general manager.\n<\/p>\n
\n She was promoted to general manager of Hundens Park in December 2023.\n<\/p>\n
\n Stella Bolger, senior regional director for Barchester\u2019s Hospitals and Complex Care Division, said: “I am incredibly proud of Ana\u2019s achievements and her dedication to the business.\n<\/p>\n

\n Ms Trifasi said she has thoroughly enjoyed her time with the company.\n<\/p>\n
\n She said: “The last 15 years have been truly fantastic and the time has flown, a testament to how happy I am in this role.\n<\/p>\n
\n “I can honestly say I have loved every minute of my time with Barchester.\n<\/p>\n
\n “We have a fabulous team here at Hundens Park, and it is a privilege to support our wonderful residents.\n<\/p>\n
\n “It is an absolute pleasure to come to work every day and I consider myself extremely lucky to work in such a lovely home.\n<\/p>\n
