Trooping the Color, one of the most prominent events in the royal calendar, is set for Saturday, June 14. The annual birthday parade honors the monarch featuring senior members of the royal family. But this year, all eyes are on Prince Harry<\/a><\/strong> as speculation grows over whether he\u2019ll break his three-year absence and make a surprise appearance.<\/p>\n

Per Express<\/a>, the senior royals confirmed to appear on the balcony of London’s Buckingham Palace are King Charles<\/strong> and Camilla Parker Bowles<\/strong>, along with Prince William<\/strong>, Kate Middleton<\/strong>, Prince George<\/strong>, Princess Charlotte,<\/strong> and Prince Louis<\/strong>. Additionally, Charles’ brother Prince Edward<\/strong>, his wife Duchess Sophie<\/strong>, Princess Anne<\/strong>, and her husband, Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence<\/strong> will wave to crowds.<\/p>\n

As Trooping the Color is one of the most high-profile royal events of the season, speculation abounds regarding Prince Harry’s appearance. Charles’ second son last stood alongside his wife, Meghan Markle<\/strong>, on the Buckingham Palace balcony in 2022.<\/p>\n

However, due to continued strained relations between Harry, Meghan Markle, and senior royals, the prince is not expected to attend Saturday\u2019s event. A royal expert believes the family is at the point of no return when it comes to reconciliation.<\/p>\n

“There is no turning back,”\u00a0British royals expert Hilary Fordwich<\/strong>\u00a0claimed to Fox News Digital<\/a>. “King Charles remains tender towards his son but can\u2019t risk communication.”<\/p>\n

Fordwich continued, “Prince William now has absolutely no interest in mending fences. Those close to the king say he [shouldn \u2019t] make peace with Harry in a way that would burden Prince William\u2019s future reign. The animosity is so deep that William has shut the door on Harry. Charles is not willing to go against his heir\u2019s wishes.”<\/p>\n

“It\u2019s Harry\u2019s criticisms of Queen Camilla\u00a0[in Spare], as well as his broader attacks on the family and institution, which have seriously crossed a line for the king and those closest to him,” the expert concluded.<\/p>\n

Harry recently expressed concern for Charles’ health to the BBC<\/a>. In an interview, he stated, that his father “won’t speak to me because of this security stuff.” He added, he did “not know how much longer my father has” referring to the monarch’s ongoing cancer battle.<\/p>\n

In 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, officially stepped down from their roles as senior royals, citing media intrusion and insufficient support from the royal institution. Shortly after, the couple relocated to California to begin a new chapter outside the royal spotlight.<\/p>\n
