Elaine Peacock<\/a>\u2019s (Harriet Thorpe<\/a>) world is in turmoil in EastEnders<\/a> next week, which results in her making a reckless move that could cost her and daughter Linda Carter<\/a> (Kellie Bright<\/a>) dearly.\u00a0<\/p>\n Queen Vic co-owner Elaine left fans of the BBC soap stunned when she cheated on her husband George Knight <\/a>(Colin Salmon<\/a>) in shock scenes earlier this week.\u00a0<\/p>\n Elaine fell into the arms of a man named Stephen as her jealousy of George\u2019s connection to his ex-wife Cindy Beale<\/a> (Michelle Collins<\/a>) reached boiling point after he helped her out with The Albert relaunch.\u00a0<\/p>\n On Thursday, George was reeling after finding out about Elaine\u2019s betrayal, and with the future of their marriage up in the air<\/a>, Elaine starts behaving erratically next week.\u00a0<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t Things start to get messy as she enjoys some drinks with Kim Fox<\/a> (Tameka Empson<\/a>), Mo Harris<\/a> (Laila Morse<\/a>), Priya Nandra-Hart<\/a> (Sophie Khan-Levy<\/a>), Denise Fox<\/a> (Diane Parish<\/a>), Honey Mitchell<\/a> (Emma Barton<\/a>) and Yolande Trueman<\/a> (Angela Wynter<\/a>), and Elaine shocks Linda by declaring the prosecco is on the house all night.\u00a0<\/p>\n When Phil Mitchell<\/a> (Steve McFadden<\/a>) pops in for a drink, he notices how much Linda is struggling having to do the lion\u2019s share of the work at the Vic amid her mum\u2019s turmoil and steps in to help behind the bar.\u00a0<\/p>\n Later, a tipsy Elaine offers to book Priya a singles cruise, telling her that she can pay her back later.
